May 2 – Opening Day – 10-2, Free Admission, lets celebrate 250 years of US history at Farm Museum events during 2026

July 11, Threshing Day – 10-2, activities for youth 

Corn Maze starting September 19  – November 1 –  weekend schedule, $5

October 17 – Seafood Boil (just shrimp this year) has now been combined with Fall Fest on the 17th – doors open 5 pm – dinner at 5:30 pm, $50

October 17- Fall Harvest Fest. – 10-2, lots of activities for the whole family – SPECIAL this year – A Hay Bale Decorating Contest – Decorate bales October 16th – 3-6 PM at the Museum – these are large round bales and theme is America’s 250th Birthday!! Provide your own decorations – bales are at the Museum. Judging October 17 during Fall Fest. Northern Neck Soil & Water Conservation District has provided prize money – 1st – $500 – 2nd – $300 – 3rd – $200. Send Sam an email at sajohns2@vt.edu for an entry form. Individuals, clubs, families, organizations welcome. 

November 7 – Lynwood Gresham Memorial Plow Day, location to be decided (Looks like Gawen Farm in Hague, Va.)
